Purpose and status
This Acceptable Use and AI Output Policy explains how customers, users, Partners, contractors, and visitors may use TrendRise, including the website, app, docs, support surfaces, AI-assisted workflows, source research, generated outputs, exports, Partner tools, creator workflows, and related services.
- This is a lawyer-review-ready operating draft and should be reviewed by counsel before final public launch.
- This policy is designed to work with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Partner Terms, Cookie Policy, Security page, Subprocessors page, and DPA.
- If a signed agreement, order form, or product-specific policy gives stricter rules, the stricter rule controls for that customer or workflow.
- TrendRise may enforce this policy to protect customers, Partners, providers, payment systems, source platforms, the public, and TrendRise itself.
What TrendRise is for
TrendRise is intended for lawful product opportunity research, source review, simple product planning, launch preparation, creator-partnership workflow, attribution planning, analytics learning, and business-support operations.
- Appropriate use includes researching public demand signals, comparing product paths, drafting simple digital-product materials, preparing launch assets, organizing creator outreach, reviewing source evidence, and learning from launch performance.
- TrendRise outputs are workflow aids. They are not a substitute for human judgment, legal review, tax advice, medical advice, financial advice, safety review, platform compliance review, or customer-support judgment.
- Users are responsible for the products, offers, ads, emails, creator briefs, storefront copy, pricing, refund promises, testimonials, and customer claims they publish outside TrendRise.
Human review is required
TrendRise may use AI-assisted features, source summaries, scoring, templates, and generated outputs. Those outputs can be incomplete, outdated, biased, inaccurate, unsafe, or inappropriate for a particular audience or jurisdiction.
- You must review, edit, verify, and approve outputs before using them publicly, commercially, legally, financially, medically, professionally, in paid advertising, in creator content, or in customer-facing materials.
- You must verify source evidence before treating a trend, buyer pain, competitor claim, market estimate, creator recommendation, or product opportunity as true.
- You must not represent TrendRise outputs as independently verified, legally approved, guaranteed, human-created, or suitable for regulated use unless you have separately confirmed that claim.
- You are responsible for deciding whether an output is accurate, appropriate, original enough for your use, compliant with platform rules, and safe for your target market.
Illegal, harmful, or abusive use
You may not use TrendRise to plan, facilitate, generate, distribute, hide, improve, or monetize illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or unsafe activity.
- Do not use TrendRise for scams, fraud, theft, extortion, bribery, money laundering, sanctions evasion, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, illegal weapons, illegal services, or illegal marketplace activity.
- Do not use TrendRise to harass, threaten, intimidate, dox, stalk, blackmail, defame, exploit, shame, or target a person or group.
- Do not use TrendRise to promote self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behavior, dangerous challenges, violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for physical harm.
- Do not use TrendRise to create or promote products, ads, scripts, messages, or campaigns that are illegal in the target market.
No deceptive commercial claims
TrendRise may help draft product positioning, ads, landing pages, creator briefs, social copy, and business experiments, but you are responsible for making truthful, substantiated, non-misleading claims.
- Do not make fake income claims, guaranteed-result claims, guaranteed-refund claims, fake scarcity claims, fake urgency claims, fake expert claims, fake certification claims, or fake product-success claims.
- Do not claim that a product is proven, tested, approved, endorsed, certified, medically effective, legally compliant, risk-free, or guaranteed unless you have competent evidence for that claim.
- Do not claim that TrendRise, AI, a creator, a source provider, or a customer has verified an offer unless that verification actually happened.
- Do not hide material costs, limitations, renewal terms, refund limits, credit usage, availability constraints, or risks that a reasonable buyer would care about.
AI and automation claims
You may not use TrendRise outputs to exaggerate what AI, automation, source analysis, or product intelligence can do. Claims about AI-assisted products, automated services, accuracy, savings, income, legal compliance, or performance must be accurate and supported.
- Do not tell customers that AI replaces a lawyer, doctor, accountant, therapist, safety professional, financial adviser, compliance officer, or other licensed professional.
- Do not advertise AI-generated materials as error-free, legally valid, platform-approved, plagiarism-free, detector-proof, or guaranteed to pass a compliance review.
- Do not use TrendRise to create business-opportunity promises that suggest customers will quickly earn specific revenue, profit, audience growth, ad performance, or creator results without reliable support.
- Do not use the fact that a workflow uses AI as a shortcut around consumer-protection, advertising, privacy, IP, safety, or platform rules.
Professional and regulated advice limits
TrendRise is not a professional-advice product. You may not use TrendRise as the sole basis for decisions that require legal, tax, medical, financial, mental-health, safety, insurance, employment, education, housing, lending, immigration, law-enforcement, or government-benefit judgment.
- Do not use generated outputs as legal documents, medical instructions, tax filings, investment advice, insurance decisions, employment-screening decisions, credit decisions, or safety-critical instructions without qualified professional review.
- Do not use TrendRise to automate high-stakes decisions about people without meaningful human review, lawful basis, notices, safeguards, and any required legal approvals.
- Do not use TrendRise for diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, crisis counseling, medical triage, or instructions for dangerous physical activity.
- Do not use TrendRise to create regulated financial, medical, legal, safety, or compliance products unless a separate written agreement expressly allows that workflow.
Sensitive data and privacy
You must not submit data that TrendRise is not designed to handle. This protects you, your customers, your Partners, and the product infrastructure.
- Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, API keys, webhook secrets, raw payment card numbers, bank details, tax identifiers, full government identifiers, recovery codes, or authentication credentials.
- Do not submit health data, biometric data, children's data, criminal-offense data, regulated financial data, employment-screening data, insurance-underwriting data, protected-class profiling data, or other unsupported sensitive data unless TrendRise has expressly agreed in writing.
- Do not upload customer lists, creator private data, scraped personal data, private community content, confidential third-party materials, or source-provider data unless you have the rights and lawful basis to use it.
- If unsupported sensitive data is submitted, TrendRise may delete, restrict, quarantine, or refuse to process it where reasonable and legally permitted.
Source data and platform rules
TrendRise can help organize source evidence and public market signals, but customers are responsible for respecting source-provider terms, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rules, and access restrictions.
- Do not use TrendRise to bypass paywalls, logins, rate limits, robots restrictions, technical access controls, scraping restrictions, source-provider terms, or platform security rules.
- Do not submit private platform data, private community screenshots, personal messages, creator dashboards, ad-account data, storefront analytics, or customer records unless you have permission and the workflow supports that use.
- Do not use normalized source results as proof that a product is legal, safe, original, available, non-infringing, or commercially guaranteed.
- If a source provider or platform requires deletion, restriction, attribution, licensing, or other limits, you are responsible for honoring those limits in your downstream use.
Marketing, email, SMS, and outreach
TrendRise may help draft outreach, ads, emails, social copy, creator messages, community posts, and launch materials. You are responsible for sending them lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not use TrendRise for spam, phishing, credential harvesting, deceptive lead generation, purchased-list abuse, unsolicited bulk messaging, hidden affiliate drops, or platform rule evasion.
- Email, SMS, direct-message, community, and paid-ad campaigns must follow consent, unsubscribe, sender-identification, targeting, advertising, and platform rules that apply to the channel and jurisdiction.
- Do not impersonate TrendRise, a creator, a customer, a competitor, a platform, a regulator, a journalist, or another person or organization.
- Do not use TrendRise to pressure creators or customers through harassment, repeated unwanted contact, manipulative personal targeting, fake urgency, or hidden commercial intent.
Reviews, testimonials, endorsements, and Partners
You may not use TrendRise to create fake social proof or hide material relationships. Partner, affiliate, referral, creator, testimonial, and sponsorship relationships must be clear where required.
- Do not generate or publish fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake ratings, fake comments, fake case studies, fake before-and-after claims, or fake user stories.
- Do not ask creators, customers, employees, contractors, Partners, or affiliates to hide that they were paid, received a commission, received a free product, or have another material connection.
- Do not use TrendRise to draft endorsements for people who have not actually used or reviewed the product in the way described.
- Partner use is also governed by the Partner Terms, including disclosure, approved claims, attribution, commission, fraud, and prohibited-promotion rules.
Intellectual property and brand rights
You are responsible for making sure your products, exports, names, logos, assets, copy, scripts, and marketing materials do not violate someone else's rights.
- Do not use TrendRise to copy protected product designs, paid courses, books, guides, prompts, templates, proprietary databases, creator materials, logos, brand assets, or confidential materials without permission.
- Do not use competitor names, creator names, platform names, or customer names in a misleading way.
- Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, certification, or partnership unless you have written permission.
- TrendRise may remove or restrict content that appears to create IP, brand, platform, confidentiality, privacy, or legal risk.
Synthetic media, identity, and likeness
You may not use TrendRise to impersonate people, mislead audiences about who created or approved content, or create harmful synthetic media.
- Do not create deepfakes, voice clones, likeness uses, testimonials, creator scripts, or personal references that imply a real person participated, consented, endorsed, or made a statement when they did not.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate content, sexualized images of real people, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits a person's image or identity.
- Do not use TrendRise to hide AI involvement where disclosure is required by law, platform rules, contract, or reasonable customer expectations.
- If AI-generated content could reasonably mislead people about a real person, product result, event, endorsement, or public-interest matter, you must label or revise it appropriately.
Hate, harassment, exploitation, and protected groups
TrendRise may not be used to create or distribute content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, excludes, or exploits people based on protected characteristics or vulnerable status.
- Do not create hateful, discriminatory, or degrading content targeting protected groups.
- Do not use TrendRise to create products, ads, scripts, or outreach that exploit minors, elderly people, financially distressed people, grieving people, sick people, or other vulnerable audiences.
- Do not use personal vulnerabilities, sensitive traits, or protected characteristics to manipulate a person into buying, subscribing, sharing data, or taking financial action.
- Do not create harassment playbooks, intimidation scripts, doxxing materials, or targeted abuse campaigns.
Security abuse and technical misuse
You may not use TrendRise to attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise TrendRise, its providers, its customers, source platforms, payment systems, or third-party services.
- Do not run denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, automated scraping against TrendRise, vulnerability scans without permission, malware, phishing, exploit development, bot traffic, spam automation, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Do not probe, copy, or exfiltrate other customers' data, Partner records, credit ledgers, generated outputs, private artifacts, source payloads, support records, logs, or admin surfaces.
- Do not interfere with rate limits, credit metering, plan gates, Stripe webhooks, source-provider limits, model-provider safeguards, or usage caps.
- Good-faith vulnerability reports should follow the Security page and responsible-disclosure instructions.
Billing, credits, refunds, and payout abuse
You may not misuse billing, credits, refunds, chargebacks, Partner attribution, payouts, or support systems.
- Do not create duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake customers, fake Partner activity, fake checkout events, coupon abuse, attribution manipulation, refund-after-commission schemes, or dispute abuse.
- Do not attempt to receive cash value for credits, tokens, saved outputs, promotional access, trial access, or internal usage allowances.
- Do not intentionally trigger failed jobs, duplicate generation, source searches, export preparation, or credit-consuming actions to manipulate credits or refunds.
- Refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, commission reversals, and payout holds are also governed by the Refund Policy, Terms of Use, and Partner Terms.
Customer products and downstream responsibility
TrendRise can help shape product ideas, but you are responsible for what you build, sell, distribute, and promise to your customers.
- You are responsible for product safety, accuracy, quality, legal compliance, platform compliance, refund language, customer support, taxes, disclosures, and fulfillment outside TrendRise.
- Do not use TrendRise to create or sell products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, misleading, exploitative, or prohibited by the platforms where you sell them.
- Do not promise customer outcomes that the product cannot reasonably deliver.
- A TrendRise opportunity score, report, export, creator suggestion, or launch plan does not guarantee demand, sales, profit, ad performance, creator response, platform approval, or legal compliance.
Political, civic, and public-interest limits
TrendRise is not built for political campaigning, lobbying, election operations, voter persuasion, public-office campaigns, or high-stakes civic decision systems.
- Do not use TrendRise to create voter persuasion, voter suppression, election interference, political microtargeting, lobbying automation, fake grassroots campaigns, or misleading public-interest content.
- Do not use TrendRise to impersonate public officials, campaigns, journalists, election workers, regulators, government agencies, or civic institutions.
- Do not use generated content to mislead people about voting, eligibility, public benefits, emergency information, legal obligations, or public services.
- If a product or campaign touches public-interest topics, you must add appropriate human review, source checking, labeling, and legal review before publication.
Monitoring and enforcement
TrendRise may investigate suspected misuse, enforce this policy, and protect the service even when a behavior is not listed word-for-word here.
- TrendRise may review account, workspace, billing, credit, generation, source, Partner, support, security, and provider records where needed to investigate potential violations.
- TrendRise may warn, remove content, disable features, restore or revoke credits, suspend access, terminate accounts, block purchases, withhold payouts, reverse commissions, report abuse, or preserve evidence where appropriate.
- TrendRise may cooperate with payment providers, source providers, hosting providers, law enforcement, regulators, or affected parties where required or appropriate.
- TrendRise is not required to provide advance notice before taking urgent action to protect people, data, providers, payment systems, or the service.
Appeals and mistakes
TrendRise may make enforcement mistakes or receive incomplete information. Affected users may contact support with context for review.
- Include the account email, workspace, affected content or action, relevant screenshots or references, and why you believe the enforcement decision should be reconsidered.
- TrendRise may require identity, account, billing, Partner, or security verification before discussing enforcement details.
- Some decisions may remain final where required for legal, payment, source-provider, security, fraud-prevention, safety, or platform-compliance reasons.
Policy updates
TrendRise may update this policy as the product, AI features, source providers, Partner workflows, payments, laws, provider rules, abuse patterns, or safety needs change.
- Material updates should be reflected on the public page and, where required, in customer notices, Terms updates, Partner Terms, or signed agreements.
- Continued use of TrendRise after an update may be treated as acceptance where allowed by law and the applicable agreement.
- If a new feature creates stricter use rules, the feature-specific rule controls for that feature.
Final legal review items
Before this policy is treated as final, counsel and engineering should confirm the prohibited-use categories, AI-output disclaimers, professional-advice exclusions, high-stakes decision language, sensitive-data restrictions, political/civic limits, enforcement language, appeals process, provider-policy alignment, and jurisdiction-specific consumer-protection requirements.
- Confirm alignment with active model-provider usage policies and source-provider terms.
- Confirm whether the EU AI Act, US state AI laws, advertising rules, platform rules, and consumer-protection rules require additional disclosures before launch.
- Confirm how this policy should be incorporated into Checkout, account creation, Partner approval, support workflows, and enforcement records.
- This section can be removed once counsel finalizes the policy.
